This online course developed by the Center for Government Excellence at Johns Hopkins University will provide an introduction to performance analytics principles and their applications in government. Participants will gain practical experience in building or strengthening performance analytics practices and developing innovative solutions to improve government services. By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Discover key routines and practices for engaging in ongoing performance analysis
- Apply appropriate methods of analysis to common analytical problem types
- Consider the use of appreciative inquiry practices to improve the discussion of analytical products
- Identify methods and opportunities to engage and communicate about performance analytics
